We're Hiring: Inside Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and promote relevant products/services
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales/Inside Sales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge is an advantage
