Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will drive lead generation efforts, build relationships with potential clients, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will involve engaging with prospects, identifying their needs, conducting product presentations, and closing sales to meet targets. You will also collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and qualify potential customers
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including building lasting relationships with clients and addressing their queries effectively
- A focus on Customer Satisfaction, actively ensuring a high standard of service delivery and resolving client concerns promptly
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under limited supervision
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
