Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, databases, outbound channels, and event participation
- Execute high-volume cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria
- Schedule product demos and discovery calls for the Sales Team
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospect interactions in CRM
- Track and manage early-stage pipeline to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and demos booked
What We’re Looking For:-
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / Business Development (preferably in SaaS/Tech)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in calls and emails
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Self-starter with high energy and target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and B2B sales cycles
Good To Have
- Experience with sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
- Exposure to lead qualification frameworks like BANT, HQL, MQL
