Role Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing customer relationships. This role involves conducting outreach, understanding client needs, and successfully closing sales to meet targets. Additionally, the specialist will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, provide excellent customer service, and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer satisfaction through effective relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the digital technology industry is a plus
