Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to handle end-to-end sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with pre-generated leads, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective clients to promote the agency’s performance marketing services such as Paid Ads and Digital Marketing.
· Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budgets, and marketing goals.
· Explain how the agency’s digital marketing solutions can add value to the client’s business.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and engagement.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
· Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
· Ability to take ownership of leads, handle cold calls, and close deals.
· Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
· Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience:
· 0 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, D2C, or B2B Sales.
· Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
· Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing is preferred.
· Ability to manage multiple prospect conversations and follow-ups effectively.
· Strong ownership, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.
