Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role based in Lucknow. The Inside Sales Associate will engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and online channels to explain DexLabs AI’s products and services, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting product demos, and following up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel. The Inside Sales Associate will maintain accurate records in the CRM, support account managers in nurturing existing relationships, and coordinate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field. The position also involves meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring a professional, informative, and supportive experience for all customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Account Management capabilities to support and grow existing institutional and partner relationships.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to track activities and results.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in edtech, AI, and education transformation; prior experience in education or SaaS sales is a plus.
