Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area for an Inside Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting product presentations, maintaining a customer database, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Inside Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert potential customers
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address customer needs and enhance their experience
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey value propositions effectively
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or related industry is advantageous
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
