Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time on-site role at our Mysore office. The Inside Sales Specialist will manage incoming leads, engage with prospective clients, and convert inquiries into successful partnerships. The role will involve consistent communication with clients, understanding their credit needs, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. This position will play a critical role in driving business growth and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or credit consultancy is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
