Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in New Delhi. We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist from freight forwrading background, will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to customer satisfaction.
The role includes actively engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their freight and logistics requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with existing customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring a smooth sales and service experience.
Eligibility: 2-3 yrs of experience of handling inside sales in a freight forwarding company.
Education: Must be a graduate
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, develop, and close business opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to address client needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written, to build and maintain professional relationships
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in freight forwarding or a similar industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
