Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, driving lead conversion, building relationships with prospective clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Tasks include managing sales queries, maintaining customer relationships, effectively communicating product details, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in the clinical research or educational industry is advantageous
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
