Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Responsibilities include developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their office space requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to acquire and nurture potential clients
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through relationship building and understanding client requirements
- Proactive and results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in a similar industry or role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
