Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, resilient Senior Inside Sales Specialist with 4–8 years of experience to join our growth team. This is a pure "Hunter" role designed for a professional who thrives on proactive outreach and building a pipeline from the ground up.
You will be the tip of the spear, responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers at mid-to-large enterprises to sell new-age technology solutions in AI/ML, Gen AI, Cloud Transformation, Platform Engineering and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate views cold calling and strategic emailing not just as tasks, but as a sophisticated craft to unlock high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressive Outbound Prospecting: Take full ownership of the top-of-the-funnel. This role requires a daily commitment to high-volume cold calling, strategic cold emailing, and LinkedIn social selling.
- The Art of the Cold Call: Masterfully navigate gatekeepers and engage technical C-suite stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of AI, VPs of Engineering). You must be able to pivot objections into discovery opportunities in real-time
- Outcome-Based Messaging: Draft highly personalized, "non-templated" cold emails that highlight business ROI and solve specific pain points related to new-age technology adoption
- Consultative Selling: Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks, ensuring a high-quality handover to the Field Sales team
- Cadence Management: Build and manage rigorous multi-channel follow-up sequences. You understand that persistence is the key to breaking into "hard-to-reach" accounts
- CRM Discipline: Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, lead stages, and follow-up tasks in the CRM
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- IT Services Background: 4–8 years of experience specifically in Inside Sales or Business Development for IT services (Global or Domestic markets).
- New-Age Tech Fluency: Solid understanding of the current tech landscape—specifically Cloud, AI/ML, and Digital Engineering services.
- Outbound Mastery: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive "Hunter" KPIs (e.g., meeting quotas generated solely through outbound efforts).
- Resilience: A thick skin and a positive mindset. You are motivated by "No" because it brings you closer to a "Yes".
- Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English, with the ability to hold credible conversations with senior technical leaders.
