Inside Sales / Business Development Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Business Development professional to drive lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline development across the Australia/APAC market. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B enterprise sales experience and exposure to IT services, digital engineering, cloud, testing, or technology consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and market research.
- Research and target enterprise accounts across BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Technology.
- Schedule qualified meetings, discovery calls, and solution consultations for the sales team.ne.
- Support GTM initiatives across Quality Engineering, Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Managed Testing, and Digital Transformation.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, events, and demand-generation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–12 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development within IT Services/Consulting.
- Proven experience selling technology, digital transformation, cloud, testing, or engineering services.
- Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales and consultative selling.
- Experience working with Australia/APAC markets.
- Willingness to work in the Australian time zone.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Cloud, AI, or Data Analytics.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Lusha.
- Strong communication, negotiation, prospecting, and objection-handling skills.
