Role Description
Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads — students and working professionals exploring creative careers.
• Guide prospective learners in choosing the right program aligned with their career goals through structured counselling conversations
• Own the full admissions cycle — from the first call to final enrolment
• Meet monthly enrolment targets and earn attractive performance incentives
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up pipeline in the CRM system
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1–5 years in EdTech sales, student counselling, academic admissions, or B2C inside sales
Education: Graduation in any stream
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication — someone who can consult, not just pitch
Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented with a genuine interest in education or creative arts
Tech Skills: Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Excel/Office
- Shift: 6 days working | 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Sunday fixed off
