Core Objective of the Role
The primary objective is to:
Generate and convert high-ticket corporate opportunities through proactive calling, professional follow-ups and consistent relationship building.
This is not a data-entry or contact-list-generation role.
The candidate should be comfortable speaking directly with senior decision-makers and moving a prospect from:
Cold Lead → Conversation → Qualified Opportunity → Meeting/Demo → Proposal → Closure
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written
- Strong confidence while speaking with CEOs, Directors and senior corporate professionals
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Ability to hold professional business conversations over phone
- Strong persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand business problems and communicate solution value
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development or Lead Generation
- Experience in high-ticket B2B sales will be strongly preferred
- Experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, IT services, automation or other B2B solutions will be an advantage
- Experience using LinkedIn or Sales Navigator would be preferred

- Comfortable following up multiple times with senior prospects
- Candidates from Delhi/NCR preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Key Performance Indicators
The role will be measured on:
- Qualified corporate conversations
- Decision-makers reached
- Meetings/demos booked
- High-value opportunities generated
- Proposal follow-ups
- Opportunities moved towards closure
- Revenue contribution
The focus is quality and conversion, not simply generating a large volume of leads.
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and capability.
Additional performance-based incentives can be offered for qualified meetings, opportunities generated and successful business closures.
