Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Specialist – B2C (Individual Contributor) at Agile Acharya Consulting. The primary responsibilities include nurturing leads, making outbound/inbound sales calls, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires efficiently managing the sales pipeline, responding to customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2C sales, lead management, and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
- Ability to deliver tailored product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries
- Knowledge of Agile principles or experience in consulting or training services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech or service-based industries.
