Are you a high-energy, target-driven Inside Sales professional with a passion for outbound B2B sales? Join our fast-growing HR-Tech SaaS startup and play a key role in driving revenue growth across mid-sized enterprises, unicorns, and fast-scaling startups.
✅ Must Have
3–7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or HR-Tech
Strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Proven experience in pipeline building and closing deals
Ability to engage and sell to CXOs, HR Heads, and senior decision-makers
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Experience in consultative selling and lead qualification
Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Strong discipline in CRM usage with 100% daily updates
⭐ Good to Have
Prior experience selling HR-Tech or SaaS products
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
Understanding of sales methodologies and outbound sales frameworks
Experience working with startups, high-growth companies, or unicorns
Exposure to industry events, webinars, or virtual selling initiatives
