We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with 2–4 years of experience in Salesforce solution selling or cloud-based technology sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning our solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities in CRM tools.
- Solution Selling
- Present and position Salesforce solutions (or other cloud offerings) to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to address business challenges.
- Sales Cycle ManagementManage the complete inside sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling demos and proposals.
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Performance Tracking
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of proven experience in Salesforce solution selling or cloud technology sales.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, CRM, and cloud ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
