Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in technology. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, generating leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and Account Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
