We're looking for a driven and consultative Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You'll own the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying prospects through outbound efforts to running product demos and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, hitting ambitious targets, and contributing to a high-performance sales culture
Job Description
• Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and sales quotas.
• Identify, research, and prospect new Home brewer / Events opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn and Instagram outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, maintaining a healthy and accurate pipeline in the CRM.
• Conduct compelling product demos tailored to the prospect's pain points and Home brewer long run goals.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and customers to drive retention and expansion.
• Negotiate and close deals, managing objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to align on messaging and handoffs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline updates to your manager
What we're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or a similar outbound sales role.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and active listening skills — you know how to read a room (or a call).
• Experience solution-based selling conversations.
• Comfort with Microsoft tools CRM tools ( Zoho ).
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your pipeline independently.
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection — you treat every "no" as a learning opportunity.
