🚀 We’re Expanding Our Sales Team | Hiring Admission Counsellors (Inside Sales)

If you’re someone who knows how to turn conversations into conversions and enjoys guiding professionals toward better career decisions — this role is for you.

📍 Location: Noida Sec-2

🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

🏢 Work Setup: Onsite (Mon–Fri) | WFH (Saturday)

💰 Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 (in-hand) + Lucrative Incentives

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound leads — no cold calling stress

• Understanding candidate goals & recommending the right programs

• Driving enrollments through structured follow-ups

• Owning your monthly targets and closures

• Maintaining clean CRM tracking & pipeline hygiene

🎯 Who Fits Best:

• 6+ months experience in Sales / Inside Sales / BDA

• Strong communication with a convincing approach

• Comfortable with target-driven environments

• Based in Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon (or nearby)

• Can join immediately or on short notice
