Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales process to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Explain company products/services to clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel
- Customer Data maintenance
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- MS Excel & Cloud Computing
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Prior sales or tele-calling experience is an added advantage
