Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative (Interiors) based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the sales process from start to finish, including identifying and generating leads, nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, communicate effectively with clients, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes understanding client requirements, pitching tailored interior design solutions, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales, including a strong ability to identify opportunities and close sales effectively
- Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and successfully converting leads into clients
- Strong expertise in Account Management, ensuring long-term relationships with clients
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge or background in interior design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
