Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Inside Sales Representative - Fresher. The role involves actively reaching out to potential leads, managing client accounts, and driving sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include lead generation, nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively closing deals. The representative will also collaborate closely with other teams to provide seamless customer experiences and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a focus on driving conversions and achieving targets
- Proficiency in Account Management and building long-lasting client relationships
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
