Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative focusing on the education segment, located in South Delhi. The primary responsibilities include driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also manage accounts, contribute to the achievement of sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for educational clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience with Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior sales experience in the education or technology sector is an advantage
