Role Description
- Own and update CRM daily every call, email, and meeting logged with next steps
- Run intensive LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting Collections Heads, CXOs, and digital leaders
- Execute multi-touch cold and warm email sequences with follow-up cadences
- Make high-volume outbound calls and drive prospects to demo bookings
- Qualify leads and ensure zero cold pipeline — every lead has a dated next action
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years in B2B inside sales, SaaS, or enterprise tech / fintech
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proven LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email outreach skills
- Comfortable calling CXO and VP-level stakeholders
- BFSI or collections domain background is a strong plus
- High energy, structured, obsessively follow-up oriented
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales post Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients effectively.
- Work With lead Generation & Sales Team
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring positive client experiences and resolving queries efficiently.
- Experience in Account Management, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to convey product value and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in the technology, finance, or telecom sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
