Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Gurgaon. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, engaging potential customers, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The role involves managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals and continuously improving customer engagement strategies.
