Job Summary:
Tracknovate Mobile Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is open to experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate company products and services.
- Schedule meetings, deliver sales presentations, and follow up for closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Required Qualification:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- MBA graduates would be preferred.
- Experience in client handling and negotiations is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
