Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role based on-site at our Navi Mumbai office. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves presenting and promoting IT solutions and services, preparing and delivering proposals, and coordinating with the internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will also support the sales process, handle inquiries, and maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including conducting market research, lead generation, and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in IT products and services, including software solutions, network security, cloud solutions, and infrastructure services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of the IT industry and experience selling to enterprises is highly beneficial
