Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Representative based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into long-term business relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively addressing client needs. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the IT solutions sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
