Role Overview
Speedioo is looking for a driven and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our fast-growing team. This role is entirely focused on lead calling, pitching, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have a solid telesales background, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Note: This is a pure sales roleno customer service or support responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided lead base.
- Present and pitch Speedioos offerings in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to close the sale.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and sales updates in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to enhance conversions and reduce lead drop-off.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to boost performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong objection-handling ability and confidence in closing deals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to speak Hindi & Kannada.
