Role Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad office. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and effectively communicating the benefits of SKILLIT ACADEMY's programs. The role includes managing the sales process, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to prospective learners. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales metrics to achieve company objectives and continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales , with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey value propositions and engage with diverse audiences.
- Customer Service experience with a focus on building positive relationships and delivering a great customer experience.
- Understanding of Sales processes, including relationship building, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a team-focused environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-specific software is a plus.
- Experience in education, ed-tech, or a related sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
