Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in MG Road, Bangalore Urban, for an Inside Sales Representative. The individual will focus on building relationships with potential and existing clients to generate leads, close sales, and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role demands a proactive, goal-oriented approach to meet sales targets and maintain client relationships effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive growth and acquire new clients
- Proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure seamless client experiences
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools is a plus
- Prior experience in property services or a related field is advantageous
