Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative/Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, effectively communicating product details, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to leads coming through various platforms like Website, WhatsApp, Phone calls, and more.
- Follow up and engage with leads in a professional and persuasive manner, providing information about our gemstone offerings and promotions.
- Build rapport and trust with potential customers to nurture them towards making a purchase.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.
