Role Description The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the associate will engage with prospective and existing learners via calls, messages, and online channels to understand their exam preparation needs and recommend appropriate Oliveboard courses and products. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, explaining product features and pricing, handling queries, and guiding learners through the enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on leads, and nurturing relationships to support renewals and upselling. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with customer support and marketing teams to ensure a smooth learner journey and contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for engaging prospects and driving conversions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address learner queries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to manage ongoing learner accounts, support renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant regional languages, with the ability to explain educational offerings clearly.
- Comfort with phone-based and online sales, familiarity with CRM tools, and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organize multiple tasks, and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline is desirable.
