Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, managing leads, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer retention. The role also involves generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. Collaboration with internal teams to align on customer needs and business goals will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
