Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Engagement: Connect with potential customers through various channels,
including phone calls, emails, and social media, to understand their educational needs
and preferences.
● Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase the
benefits and features of our educational solutions.
● Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
● CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and
customer interactions in the CRM system.
● Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and
marketing teams to help improve our offerings.
Skills/Qualifications:
● 1 - 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Edtech or consumer
technology sector.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and establish trust
with individual customers.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
