Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present Oliveboard's solutions to help them achieve their goals. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, following up with prospects, providing excellent customer service, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive actionable results
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a seamless user experience
- Experience in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet team goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in the edtech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
