Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and generating leads, managing customer accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue goals and contribute proactively to the company's growth. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, preparing sales strategies, and maintaining records of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales with experience in lead generation and account management.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus.
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is preferred.
