Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Mohali district. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and effectively managing the sales pipeline. They will also focus on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer accounts to achieve business goals. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services aligned with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Should have an experience with outbound calls of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Content writer, SMO, SMM)
- Conducting outbound calls to the potential international clients/ customers from the data/ list provided or through self generated leads.
- Qualifying leads by understanding customers requirements, needs, interest and accordingly pitching the services.
- Adopting a strategic approach to increase the sales and winning new businesses.
- Updating the prospects information into the CRM system and collaborating with the sales team to refine pitches.
- Meet or exceed daily/ weekly/ monthly targets for calls made, lead generated, and appointment set.
- Regular report on performance metrics and progress towards sales targets.
- Should be flexible working in rotational shift/day shift/night shift.
