Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective nursing students by phone, explain our online courses and government-exam prep programs, and convert leads into happy learners.
- Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM and hit daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Gather feedback from students to help us continuously improve our product.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to refine pitches and campaigns.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates / final-year students (any stream) keen to start a career in EdTech sales.
- Clear, confident Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- A persuasive, energetic personality and willingness to learn.
- Must reside in Jodhpur or Jaipur (for occasional in-person training/meet-ups), but comfortable working remotely.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
