Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR) (This is not a target driven role)
Location: Delhi – Okhla Phase‑3
Qualification & Experience
- Graduation or above
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Partner Management / Customer Success
- (on third party payroll) Candidate will get email address, ID and all other required things from the client directly.
Preferred: It's a diversity role
Candidate must have knowledge or experience from IT or Cybersecurity industry to understand the products better. Please do not apply if you have experience from other industries.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with partners, customers and distributors to strengthen relationships
- Follow up with regional teams for future billing contracts and renewals
- Track and manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), churn, and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, pipeline, and forecasts
- Provide insights to sales leadership on partner performance and billing trends
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders
📌 Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Proven ability in handling partner/distributor accounts
- Knowledge of billing contracts, ARR, churn metrics
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
