Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts to drive growth while proactively acquiring new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling. You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team dedicated to providing innovative solutions for our clients.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Manage and expand existing SMB accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase overall account value and long-term revenue.
- Acquire New Business: Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential clients through proactive outbound prospecting and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Manage Sales Operations: Maintain accurate forecasting and deal tracking within CRM tools, providing regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and market potential.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, specifically within a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
- Strong knowledge of SMB-focused sales strategies, including a proven track record of generating new business through cold calling and networking.
- Proven ability in negotiation and relationship management, with the skills to handle client objections and collaborate effectively with internal marketing and product teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
