Position Overview
Hararei is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative based in Mumbai to support global sales initiatives. This role will focus on identifying and qualifying new opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in expanding Hararei’s presence across enterprise markets.
The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing technology solutions, conducting outreach campaigns, and engaging with IT, security, and infrastructure decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach including email, phone, and LinkedIn engagement
● Research target organizations and identify key decision-makers within IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams
● Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales executives
● Support marketing campaigns by following up with prospects who engage with Hararei content or events
● Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and pipeline development in CRM systems
● Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications
● Develop a working understanding of Hararei’s portfolio including SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, and cybersecurity solutions
● Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support ongoing demand generation efforts
Required Qualifications
● 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
● Ability to confidently engage with senior business and technical stakeholders
● Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience selling or supporting sales of enterprise IT, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions
● Familiarity with technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, cloud infrastructure, or network security
● Experience working with global customers or supporting international sales teams
