Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time remote role. The Inside Sales Representative will handle customer inquiries, drive lead generation efforts, cultivate strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Strong Account Management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRMs and other sales tools is a plus
- Experience in technology or AI-related sales is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
