Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers via calls, messages, and online channels to promote FurDial’s services and convert leads into loyal pet parent customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, qualifying leads, presenting tailored service offerings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high customer satisfaction, and effective follow-up on opportunities. The role also involves meeting sales targets, providing feedback on customer needs, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software for tracking leads and sales activities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience working toward sales targets or KPIs.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in inside sales, retail, or service-based industries; familiarity with pet care or consumer services is an advantage.
