Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities will include understanding the full suite of etrav’s offerings and delivering exceptional customer service to drive client growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive new business and meet sales targets
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business requirements
- Knowledge of the travel industry and B2B sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
