Role: Inside Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, and campaigns
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive closures
• Consistently achieve sales targets
Requirements:
• 1 to 2.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of marketing and networking concepts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive and result-oriented approach
