Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an Inside Sales Representative. The intern will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through lead generation, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing assigned accounts to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, presenting product solutions, and identifying opportunities to grow the client base while supporting the overall sales process.
Qualifications
- Experience or skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge or experience in Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Interest or background in sustainability or eco-friendly products is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
