Role: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Chennai (Alwarpet)
Work Type: Full Time (WFO 5 days)

- Drive revenue by managing existing customers, securing repeat orders and purchase orders (POs).
- Re-activate churned customers through persistent follow-ups, need discovery, and effective solution explanation.
- Acquire and convert new customers through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on conversion and order closure.
- Increase recurring business and overall conversion rates across accounts.
- Maintain professional communication and strong working relationships with customers, prospects, and distributors.
What We鈥檙e Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English communication (Hindi speakers are preferred)
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Sales (B2B or B2C).
- Strong phone presence with the ability to question, handle objections, and close conversations.
- Ability to research prospects, understand client needs, and move deals forward quickly.
- Highly target-driven and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with frequent follow-ups, objection-handling, rejection, and working in a fast-paced environment.
